Resident Benefit Package Fee Disclosure
As part of our commitment to enhancing your living experience, all residents are automatically enrolled in our Resident Benefit Package. This package offers a variety of valuable services designed to make your stay more comfortable and convenient. We believe The Resident Benefit Package will provide significant value and convenience, ensuring a hassle-free rental experience.
There is an additional fee of $30.00 per month for the Resident Benefit Package, which will be automatically added to your monthly rent. The Resident Benefit Package includes some of the following services:
- HVAC Filter Delivery: HVAC filters will be delivered approximately every 60 days, or as required by your HVAC system. Filters must be installed by the tenant within two (2) days of receipt. The filters are dated and subject to inspection by the landlord to verify timely replacement. Failure to properly replace filters may result in damages for which the tenant is liable. A trip fee may apply if the landlord has to perform the filter change. (Note: If the property does not have an HVAC system, no filters will be provided, and no discount is offered.)
- Utility Concierge Service: A concierge service is available to assist tenants with setting up utilities, cable, internet, and other services. Tenants are also free to set up these services independently.
- Resident Rewards Program: Tenants have access to a rewards program, which can be activated through a mobile app. This program offers various benefits and rewards as a preferred customer of the landlord.
- Credit Building: Positive payment history is reported to credit bureaus through a third-party service, helping tenants build their credit. The landlord is not responsible for misrepresentation or errors by the third-party service.
- $1M Identity Protection: Tenants are enrolled in identity theft protection through Aura's Identity Guard, with terms and conditions available at www.identityguard.com.
- 24-Hour Maintenance Coordination Service: Tenants can report maintenance concerns outside of regular business hours via the tenant portal or other provided means.
- Online Portal Access: Tenants have access to an online portal for rent payments, maintenance requests, and reviewing important documents. The landlord reserves the right to restrict payment access if a pattern of delinquency arises.
